Instaset Plastics Capabilities
The term Class A is sought by many manufacturers but realized by few. It demands a high level of automotive design knowledge as well as surface modeling skills. Instaset consistently achieves the highest surface quality levels, meeting the stringent demands of the automotive industry. Our painstaking attention to detail guarantees that a beautiful design turns into a beautiful manufactured product.
At Instaset, robotics are used in several injection molding related processes, from loading components to the injection molding machine before part molding, to finishing and assembling injection molded parts. Robots are also used in two-piece assemblies in which the robot removes the part from the machine, and a human operator assembles it.
Instaset’s value-added processes not only include production of automotive components but assembly as well. For example, in addition to manufacturing the plastic handle that releases the rear seats to a horizontal position, we also assemble the cables and other mechanisms that make it possible. We can create these small, but vital components that make each vehicle safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
Keeping inventory on hand takes up space, reduces profits, and drives up costs. At Instaset, we utilize Plex® software to focus on accurate, real-time inventory and traceability to ensure that our clients receive perfect parts, precisely on schedule.
Instaset has the expertise to take your prototype to finished product. We help our clients ideate and concept the final design, then utilize value-added production practices with cost effective methods and optimized techniques.
Our experienced people make us great. At Instaset we’re thankful to have a dedicated group of individuals and we are here to serve you.
